Ordering & Payment


Simply browse or search for what you're after using the menus to the left and above, then add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and checkout by paying with your credit or debit card, it's secure, quick and easy to use. We accept most major card types, including Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo. We also happily accept PayPal.

Special orders, such as a wholesale order will need to be confirmed via email. Please send an email to detailing your specific requirements.

Delivery Policies

We ship all goods within the mainland UK via Royal Mail. We have provided 4 options in our checkout process. Please select the shipping method that is correct for you. We currently offer:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed
  • Royal Mail 1st class
  • Royal Mail Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
  • Royal Mail Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm With Saturday Delivery
  • Free shipping

We endeavour to dispatch all goods within 1 day of purchase. Free shipping is dispatched via Royal Mail second class and dispatched within 2-5 working days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9-5pm.

We do not offer international delivery. PLease check with our partners or for delivery if outside of the UK.

If the item is returned to us, we would be able to offer you a refund for the product paid, minus any postage costs and any extra costs incurred in returning the item to us.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address details uopn purchase. Please check the details provided and that your Paypal information is correct if using paypal before completing a purchase. We cannot refund items that are missing or have been delivered incorrectly due to the provision of an incorrect address.

In the event of extreme weather condition or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving Next Day. However we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.

Deliveries on Bank Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not available. Please note that orders processed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday).

In the event the item(s) are out of stock, you will be contacted and the goods will either be dispatched as soon as possible or an alternative item will be offered.

Postage is charged once per order, not per item ordered.

Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and we believe that you will be delighted with your choice from Finjak (uk) However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the simple steps outlined below. Please Note:

  • Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact.
  • If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage and there will be an additional postal charge for the replacement item(s).
  • If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us.
  • If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due.
  • You are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.
  • For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Should you wish to cancel your order, contact us before dispatch and we will refund your payment. If you wish to cancel after the item(s) have been dispatched please follow our returns process.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders should we identify an order to be fraudulent or if shipping costs are out of proportion to the order value.

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. The items must be returned to Finjak (uk) address in proper unused condition and in manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged. If you have experienced a faulty or damaged item within 14 days of purchase please email with details of the fault, including a picture of the faulty or damaged item. We can only refund items that may have a manufacturing fault or been damaged in transit. We are unable to refund items that have been damaged through misuse or user error. To avoid misuse please refer to the packaging for instructions on how to use Finjak Tool-Free or refer to guides posted on our website.

Refund Options

We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:

  • Replacement. We will replace the item with another one of better quality, different size, or color.
  • Money refund. We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.

Although you are free to choose preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Finjak (uk) or for customers.

How to Return a Purchased Item

Fill out your return form correctly with your order number, the product you are returning, the reason for the return, and if you are waiting for a refund or an exchange. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return.

Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.

Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us.

The address for returns is included on your confirmation of purchase sent to the email you provided at the time of sale. It is also included on the packaging label. If you are having trouble locating the address please email us at for confirmation.

The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate the shipping charges that you slected at the time of purchase in case of returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

What Happens Next

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.

  • A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
  • If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
  • If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.
  • If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance of your credit/debit card.
  • If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item.

Returning an Incorrect Item

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us, and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.
